I am passionate about the power of Yoga and Pilates to transform the mind, body and soul. That’s why I have invested more than 500 hours in certified Yoga Teacher Training, completed through The Elbow Room, Dublin, studying advanced modules in Vinyasa, Breathwork, Yin, Restorative Yoga, Injury Prevention and Women’s Health.
I am a proud member of the Yoga Alliance Professionals (YAP) and hold international insurance through Balens UK, giving me the freedom to share my work worldwide. I am also a Certified Comprehensive Mat Pilates Instructor, trained through the Pilates Teacher Training Institute (P.T.T.I.) and approved by the International Institute for Complementary Therapists.
